Theatre for everybody

Amoeba Productions’ goal is to engage artists through three performance opportunities this year. The first is happening right now! Fifteen creators are currently collaborating to build the company’s debut project, “The Pigeon Potluck” on August 16, an experimental exhibit of dance, words, paintings, and more. Then, on September 13-15 come check out a free abridged production of “As You Like It” at Riverbank State Park. Stay tuned for our culminating project in our first official year as a 501C(3) non-profit!

As a company of emerging artists, built by emerging artists, at Amoeba Productions we understand that resources of all kinds are limited. Amoeba is invested in actively engaging with the communities it makes art within. We are  seeking to bring together emerging artists in NYC.

Our mission focuses on providing accessible, community-based platforms in the New York Metropolitan area, fostering an environment that challenges traditional boundaries and inspires transformation.
